This role requires technical proficiency and attention to detail within a hospital or healthcare setting. Required Skills & Experience : Experience A minimum of one (1) year of experience as an EEG Technologist in a hospital or health care setting is required. Education & Training (One of the following is required) High School Diploma (or its educational equivalent approved by a recognized accrediting organization) AND One (1) year of experience as described above. Certificate of Completion from an American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists ( ABRET ) recognized training program, which may be substituted for one (1) year of experience. Graduate from a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs ( CAAHEP ) accredited program, which may be substituted for one (1) year of experience. A satisfactory equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Certifications Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) is required .
