HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel EEG Technologist for a travel job in Jamaica, New York.

Title : Electroencephalography - EEG Tech

Location : Jamaica, New York

Duration : 14 weeks

Shift : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Job Responsibilities :

Prepare patients for EEG exams

Apply electrodes to patients’ heads

Operate and maintain EEG equipment

Identify EEG tracings

Prepare and maintain patient records

Required Skills and Experience :

Minimum 1 year of experience as an EEG Technologist in a hospital or healthcare setting

Required Education :

High school diploma or equivalent

One year of EEG Technician experience OR

Certificate of Completion from an ABRET-recognized training program OR

Graduate from a CAAHEP-accredited program (may substitute for 1 year experience)

Required Certifications : \nBasic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA)\n
