The Only Agency is seeking a Fashion & Lifestyle Partnerships Coordinator to join our Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have a creative and strategic mindset, with a passion for personal branding and storytelling, a deep understanding of fashion trends, the ability to predict industry shifts, and a strong interest in fashion, media, and / or entertainment.

Key Responsibilities

• Compose brand partnership pitches.
• Update and maintain clients’ social calendars.
• Continue to foster and grow existing relationships with PR and brand contacts.
• Maintain clients’ existing partnerships as well as produce outreach for future partnerships.
• Ensure deadlines are met and assets are delivered in a timely manner.
• Schedule meetings and send product requests.
• Stay informed about fashion trends, industry shifts, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and opportunities for stylists.
• Negotiate contracts and terms for stylists, ensuring favorable agreements that align with both stylist and client objectives.
• Monitor and analyze the success of styling projects, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

At The Only Agency, we value in-person collaboration. This role is based out of our Los Angeles office, and will require a presence in the office 4-5 days a week.

The offered salary for this role will be based on factors such as experience, education, skill set, geographic location, and the specific responsibilities of the role.
