Demand Analyst

A company is looking for a Demand Analyst who will ensure accurate visibility into resource capacity and demand across enterprise projects and portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update project estimates, resource demand, and capacity data in ServiceNow SPM

Collaborate with project managers and resource managers to support accurate forecasting and resource allocation

Generate and distribute reports and dashboards to communicate capacity and demand trends

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

2+ years of experience in capacity planning, resource management, project coordination, or portfolio operations

Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or other analytics / reporting platforms

Experience identifying process gaps and contributing to workflow or system optimization

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) or similar PPM tools is preferred
