Job Description
The Financial Services Business Unit delivers core capabilities to address the evolving needs of clients in a dynamic regulatory and technological landscape. This role focuses on risk, liquidity, capital, treasury, and related financial services topics within client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Client delivery as part of an on-site or remote project team; define framework and structure of deliverables and produce complex outputs
- Manage workstreams, activities, and timelines; identify priorities and workflows for stakeholders
- Coach teammates in preparing client deliverables using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Access, MS Project and Visio; design deliverables for projects
- Present complex ideas and decisions to team members and client contacts, including middle and top management
- Conduct research and business analysis to address client challenges, presenting tailored solutions using quantitative and qualitative data
- Lead and motivate internal teams; promote teamwork and development
- Build credibility with clients, challenge approaches when appropriate, and help clients evolve
- Define project framework and organization; manage multiple projects and ensure follow-up
- Provide status reporting on progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and program health
- Own work streams of complex projects and lead simpler projects as needed
- Maintain program sites as repositories for project information

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, or related field3+ years of client-facing management consulting experience3+ years managing or creating project deliverables in a consulting environment2+ years leading Financial Services projects (e.g., Capital Planning, Stress Testing, Risk Management, Treasury)Experience in business process design, modeling, and automationStrong client relationship development and management skillsExcellent written and spoken communication; strong interpersonal skillsStrong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skillsAnalytical problem solving with ability to escalate when neededWillingness to engage in internal initiatives and guide others; demonstrated teamworkPreferred Qualifications
