Job Description

This role plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting daily operations at Splash.

Responsibilities include :

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Assisting with customer inquiries
  • Greeting on-site guests
  • Familiarity with available fixtures and vendor options to support sales and remodel consultations

Key Duties include :

  • Receiving payments and deposits
  • Drafting contracts using company templates
  • Scheduling remodels and installations
  • Processing warranty and return forms in coordination with the accounting department
  • Ordering materials
  • Preparing sales order slips and purchase orders
  • Utilizing in house design software

    • STRONG COMMUNICATION WITH TEAM MEMBERS AND SUPERVISORS IS ESSENTIAL TO ENSURE SMOOTH AND EFFICIENT SHOWROOM OPERATIONS
