This role plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting daily operations at Splash.
Responsibilities include :
- Answering incoming calls
- Assisting with customer inquiries
- Greeting on-site guests
- Familiarity with available fixtures and vendor options to support sales and remodel consultations
Key Duties include :
Receiving payments and depositsDrafting contracts using company templatesScheduling remodels and installationsProcessing warranty and return forms in coordination with the accounting departmentOrdering materialsPreparing sales order slips and purchase ordersUtilizing in house design softwareSTRONG COMMUNICATION WITH TEAM MEMBERS AND SUPERVISORS IS ESSENTIAL TO ENSURE SMOOTH AND EFFICIENT SHOWROOM OPERATIONS
