Job Description

Minimum Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required. Master's degree in Health Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Licenses / Certifications : Epic certifications (e.g., Clarity Data Model, Caboodle Development, Revenue or Access Data Model) preferred.

Experience / Knowledge / Skills :

• Ten (10) years of experience in healthcare data analytics or revenue cycle reporting required.
• Five (5) years of leadership experience required.
• Extensive experience with Epic systems required, specifically with Epic Cogito.
• Experience working in a large, multi-disciplinary, integrated healthcare delivery system preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement training preferred.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and enterprise data architecture.
• In-depth understanding of revenue cycle functions including access, billing, claims, denials, and collections.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and working with executive stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Snowflake, preferred.
• Key competencies include Strategic Leadership, Operational Insight, Advanced Data Fluency, Communication and Influence, Change Management, and Technical and Analytical Expertise.
