Program Manager

OLH Technical Services, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager.

Position Requirements :

• Secret Clearance
• Oversee the contract which provides Availability Work Package (AWP) Managers (AWPMs) to both COMNAVSURFLANT and COMNAVSURFPAC Type Commander (TYCOM) staffs to assist with the development, scheduling, planning, and tracking of surface ship depot level maintenance and modernization work.
• Minimum 15 years experience in DoD / Navy program management, Industry or Government technical management, or Industry or Government business management.
• Minimum of 10 years supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree (BS / BA) in related field or 10 of minimum 15 years of experience was gained because of in-depth experience and specialized knowledge in the related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in communicating, interacting, and working among Senior Executive Service and Flag level personnel.
• May work from any location but must have the ability to travel to various TYCOM locations to meet with Senior Task Managers.
• NOTE : "Related Field" includes : marine engineering, maintenance management, industrial engineering, or other maritime-related field.

Position is located in San Diego, CA.

Compensation : $125-135K
