License / Certifications : Certified Case Manager within 2 years - Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) Education : Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Experience : 2+ years in case management Stay updated on case management and utilization review trends across the continuum of care. Design and adapt educational curriculum based on evolving needs. Develop strategies that incorporate evidence-based research into patient care plans. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Mentor and support case management team members in their professional growth. Collaborate with leadership to create an annual education plan and streamline onboarding processes. Participate in recruitment and retention strategies. Lead the implementation of new technology to enhance our services. Maintain data analysis to provide insights into critical benchmarks.

Your Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the role of System Case Management Specialist / Analyst, you will play a vital part in our Case Management division. Your mission? To enhance orientation, onboarding, competency management, and education while building collaborative partnerships that lead to evidence-based best practices and quality outcomes.
In this role, you will :
The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for improving patient care outcomes. Your understanding of utilization review and case management principles will be crucial to your success.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $34.66 - $59.62 per hour . This range reflects our commitment to fair compensation based on experience, qualifications, and other factors. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package to support our team members.
