Overview
Company : Diversified Gas & Oil Corporation (DGOC) – a wholly-owned subsidiary of Diversified Energy Company PLC. DGOC is an established owner and operator of producing conventional and unconventional natural gas and oil wells and midstream pipelines and compression stations in the Appalachian Basin. Headquartered in Birmingham, AL, field operations are across TN, KY, VA, WV, OH, and PA, with expansion into the Central Regional Focus Area (LA, TX, OK, AR).
Position summary : The IT Specialist role requires strong technical, collaborative, and project management skills. They will coordinate initiatives across departments, influence stakeholders, administer and manage Microsoft 365 and Azure services (including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Document Intelligence), and identify opportunities for Business Process Automation to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Technical Support & IT Operations : Provide end-user support and training on Microsoft 365 apps; monitor system and process performance with proactive solutions; document and share IT procedures; travel to field sites to provide onsite support; maintain and manage device inventory across field sites.
- Microsoft 365 Administration : Manage SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams; ensure security, compliance, and governance within Microsoft 365; configure and optimize collaboration tools to improve workflow efficiency; troubleshoot Microsoft 365-related issues.
- Project Management : Lead IT projects, ensure timely execution and alignment with company objectives; work cross-functionally to align IT initiatives with departmental needs; translate business processes into technology solutions for automation; build rapport with teams across the organization.
- Other : Additional duties as assigned to support IT operations and business goals.
