Salary : About the Position

Reporting to the East Tennessee Construction Coordinator, the East Tennessee Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing new home construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable building codes. This role is key to fulfilling ASPs mission of making homes warmer, safer, and drier for families in Central Appalachia.

The ideal candidate will be an organized and collaborative professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively lead teams of subcontractors and volunteers, and communicate clearly with both internal staff and external stakeholders. There are two openings for this role.

Job Responsibilities

Project Planning & Oversight

• Plan and manage all phases of new construction projects from pre-construction through final completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, aiming for completion within 4 months per build.
• Ensure that construction work is completed according to design specifications and within approved budget.
