As a Sr Program Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the successful execution of customer projects. You will be responsible for managing and delivering complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and driving project specific performance for INNCOM Hospitality solutions.

You will develop and implement strategies to optimize project operations, driving customer satisfaction and business growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.

You will report directly to our Field Service Manager, and you'll work out of our Northford, CT, Atlanta, GA or Duluth, GA location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact on the project financial performance in terms of revenue, cash flow and past due, customer satisfaction and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional delivery and leadership to cross functional engineering and site technicians. Along with team leadership, quality assurance, timely delivery, issue resolution, data analysis, reporting, cost management, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, risk management, mentoring and development, innovation, compliance, and business growth. You are instrumental in ensuring the successful execution and flawless delivery of projects, which, in turn, can contribute to the organization's overall success and competitiveness in the market.
