Warehouse Slotter - 1st Shift Cool / Freezer

Job Title

Maximize production efficiency through effective item placement, warehouse analysis, and maintaining system related logic that affects production work.

Salary Range : $17-$21

Job Description

You will contribute by :

• Managing adding unslotted new items into the warehouse footprint while considering the following criteria : dimensions, selector and forklift operator feedback, GMP and OSHA best practices, flammability, commodity and temperature grouping, and special customer requirements
• Working closely with Site and Slotting Leadership to improve building capacity and quality, reduce damage, and drive improved team performance while keeping safety top of mind.
• Ensuring consistency between systemic (WMS) and physical warehouse environment including location labels, slot sizes and capacities, putaway forklift rules, and item information (dimensions, description, etc.)
• Liaison between DC and corporate functions such as procurement and MDM to ensure accurate product information
• Other duties as assigned
