Key Responsibilities

Support deal activities by securing flexible capital and managing due diligence processes

Maintain external relationships with investors and manage loan portfolio reporting

Enhance blockchain and crypto strategy to improve liquidity and asset tokenization

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or capital markets

Proven ability to work independently in dynamic environments

Deep understanding of asset-based finance and fintech lending

Experience preparing financial models and managing investor diligence processes

Exposure to blockchain-based financing sources and their regulatory considerations
