• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with empathy, patience, and efficiency, taking ownership of resolving problems and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with their service needs, providing accurate, comprehensive information about Frontier Communications products, services, and promotions, and helping them make informed decisions.
• Process customer requests efficiently and accurately, following company policies for timely resolution.
• Meticulously log customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and build a comprehensive understanding of Frontier Communications customers' needs and preferences in Newington.
