The Senior Manager, Ocean Origin LCL / FCL Operation Automation at Walmart Global Logistics leads automation initiatives to streamline international ocean freight operations. • Drive Automation : Design and implement automation initiatives to streamline Ocean Origin LCL / FCL operations and improve efficiency.
• Deliver for the Customer : Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring automation solutions exceed expectations and support business growth.
• Think Big : Identify opportunities to leverage technology and process improvements to scale ocean freight operations.
• Lead Cross-Functional Projects : Collaborate with marketplace, procurement, operations, and tech teams to deliver impactful automation solutions.
• Ensure Operational Excellence : Monitor performance, remove obstacles, and drive continuous improvement across ocean origin operations.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : stock.
