job_description.job_card.job_descriptionWork closely with senior engineers to enhance our Quality Management Systems across all facilities, ensuring compliance with evolving ISO standards. Conduct and streamline internal audits aligning with ISO / NADCAP standards. Advocate continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on process enhancements and quality management. Lead Advanced Product Quality Planning, enhancing awareness on organizational product quality metrics. Collaborate with Program Managers to meet production transfer requirements for new products. Mentor and develop quality inspection teams, ensuring adherence to QMS requirements. Manage customer interactions on quality specifics, addressing PPAPs, complaint resolutions, and quality mandates. Foster team development through guidance in inspection activities and quality assurance techniques. Translate customer engineering specifications accurately into QMS protocols. Uphold our core values : customer-focused, execution-driven, teamwork-oriented, and respectful conduct. Background in Engineering / Technical fields, combined with significant quality assurance experience in manufacturing. ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) credentials, preferably. Proactive leader with motivational and decision-making abilities. Proficient in communication, familiar with quality systems, and experienced in continuous improvement methodologies. Expertise in QMS systems (e.g., ISO 13485, AS9100) and strategic analytical skills. Willing to travel 20% across sites, holding a valid driving license. Competence in GD&T, APQP, and various ISO certifications. Solid understanding of manufacturing environments and injection molding practices. Experience with PPAP processes, root cause analysis, and blueprint interpretation. Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) Precision tools like Calipers and Micrometers
