Compensation starts between $18.50-$19, with an additional $1.50 for those on the second shift.
In This Role
- You'll immerse yourself in the dynamic operation of assorted machinery like presses and drills, achieving perfection through precise operational adjustments.
- Perform quality assessments with gauges, ensuring parts meet stringent production criteria.
- Configure machinery based on extensive experience, achieving the precision required for high-quality outputs.
- Conduct routine assessments ensuring machines are in top working order.
Who Thrives Here
Individuals with a high school diploma or GED who are eager to learn.Proficiency in blueprint literacy is essential, as are excellent communication capabilities.Hands-on manufacturing expertise, particularly with machinery, is favored.Working hours span from 7 AM to 3 : 30 PM for first shift and 3 : 30 PM to midnight for the second shift.Your Timken Journey
