Pay Range : $17.00 – $21.00 per hour

Target Start Date : June 1, 2025

Davis Law Group is seeking a highly organized, client-focused legal assistant to join our boutique law firm in downtown Grand Junction, Colorado. Davis Law Group specializes in "Dirt, Death, and Deals"—i.e., Real Estate, Probate, Estate Planning, and Business law. Position Overview : As a legal assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations, providing exceptional client service, and supporting the legal team. This position is a mix of administrative duties and client engagement, including acting as the welcoming face of the firm and helping prospective clients navigate their legal needs.

Your responsibilities will include :

Client Engagement :

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and prospective clients via phone and in person.
• Respond to inquiries, provide information about our services, and guide prospective clients through the intake process.
• Confidently communicate the value of our services and help convert inquiries into clients.
