Job Summary
The Regional Business Leader is accountable for the end-to-end performance of the designated region, including full P&L management. This role involves driving business growth through strategic planning, customer acquisition, and operational excellence. The leader will collaborate closely with the local factory and Global Operations to ensure alignment between regional business strategies and manufacturing capabilities, including direct responsibility for loading the factory. Additionally, the leader will oversee the sales team to develop medium / small customer segments and partner channels in coordination with Business Segment Leaders.
