Outdoor Lighting Perspectives General Manager

An Outdoor Lighting Perspectives General Manager will design, demonstrate and sell low voltage lighting systems. This person will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with homeowners, landscape designers, builders, and property management companies to effectively grow the business. The General Manager will also be responsible for directing and overseeing installation and service teams ensuring timely and high-quality lighting installation and service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Conducting on-site lighting demonstrations at the customer's residence that take roughly 90 minutes each
• Understanding and recognizing the value in the product and process that you are selling to the homeowner
• Sitting down with the customer in their home to discuss our sales process; providing an overview of the company, re-qualifying the customer's needs and investment range, and setting up lighting design with a demonstration kit
• Preparing a proposal for the design demonstrated and closing the sale
• Re-visiting the customer within 3 days of install to perform a nighttime adjustment to ensure they're satisfied or to recommend additional lighting
• Ability to conduct nighttime demonstrations if necessary
• Introducing our business to key B2B partners in the green industry
• Directing and leading the installation and service processes
• Having a driver's license with a clean driving record (no moving violations or accidents in the last three years)

Compensation : $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
