Job description
Now hiring a beverage manager for a growing restaurant group.
An Asheville based restaurant group, with a diverse portfolio rooted in sincere hospitality and crafted beverages is looking for a highly organized and positive individual to orchestrate a team in providing an unforgettable experience.
Experience with crafted beverages, draft / batched cocktails, and tiki drinks, along with a strong knowledge of beer and wine is required. Candidates must be comfortable and efficient at running several bar programs simultaneously, maintaining a high standard of craft and service while upholding all governmental regulations and requirements. A knowledge of current industry trends and experience in working with liquor reps and brand ambassadors is required. A strong understanding of costing, inventory management and overall financials is core to job performance.
Experience with catering and packaged beverages are desired for the applicant.
