Logistics Sales Director

Role - Logistics Sales Director Location - Perris, CA  Full Time  Salary - $150k +  Benefits + Profit pool Job Description :

• 5+ years in 3PL sales leadership (FedEx, UPS, or similar).
• Proven success in enterprise logistics sales and warehouse monetization.
• Strong grasp of e-commerce fulfillment (inventory, carriers, multi-channel).
• Experience managing 1099 sales teams and closing complex deals.
• Drive enterprise sales for mid-to-large e-commerce brands, wholesalers, and DTC retailers.
• Promote LECANGS cost-saving fulfillment solutions (vs.
• Amazon FBA) and end-to-end logistics(ocean freight to last-mile).
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of 1099 sales reps Leverage 15 U.S. warehouses to expand regional market share.
• Attend trade shows, build C-level relationships, and negotiate custom deals.
