Inform Manager on status of tasks through progress reports Resolves discrepancies in source documents prior to entering by referring to procedures in program area Responsible for utilizing I&R database system to add, update, and maintain the resource providers Assists in producing caller data reports by various filters such as referrals, call type, needs, providers, etc Minimum of two years working with database management systems or in a related field is preferred. Required to have an Associate's / Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Information Technology, One year of working knowledge and relevant database experience with AIRS training. Excellent logical and analytical skills; ability to make decisions regarding data entry information within Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365, specifically with Excel and database software Knowledge of Information and Referral (I&R) standards. Knowledge and / or certification of AIRS (Alliance of Information and Referral Systems) standards
Essential Duties / Responsibilities :
- Working knowledge of the parameters of information contained in provider source documents.
- Ability to maintain standard production and standard accuracy rate on assigned tasks.
- Manage data exporting and importing across database systems, including experience with Tableau and
excel.
Manage and update the resources in the Liv Pregnancy Mobile App and entire MCH Helpline
Utilitze the Indiana 211 Partnership, Inc. database to update provider capacity for the OB Navigation
Initiative
and / or consulting with the Helpline Manager.
