Job Summary : Perform a wide variety of administrative and technical support functions of a highly responsible nature in relieving a Director or Elected Official of technical, organizational and administrative duties under basic supervision.
Example of Duties :
Perform experienced clerical, technical, and administrative dutiesUse knowledge of County policies and state and federal regulationsExercise initiative in performing technical assignmentsManage special projects and programmatic assignmentsMaintain department files and libraryPurchase and distribute supplies and equipmentWork on budgets, travel expenses, reimbursements, and / or financial reportsProvide experienced customer serviceMay supervise daily activities of clerical staffWork on various assignments, special projects, special program activitiesReview, research, and provide informed and confidential technical assistanceExplain policies and procedures to staffWork independently and exercise initiative in performing technical assignmentsManage Directors, Deputy Directors and / or other calendarsAssist in various aspects of the recruitment processMaintain absolute confidentiality of work-related issuesPerform other related duties as requiredMinimum Requirements :
