Educate members about incentive programs and manage patient referrals

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a customer support role

High attention to detail in interactions with partners and members

Ability to coordinate communication between providers and members

Experience in documenting and managing patient referrals

Associate's degree is a plus
