Commercial Construction Estimator

Overview

We are currently accepting applications for an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team.

Compensation :

$65,000 - $80,000 yearly

Responsibilities

The Estimator's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Review plans, specifications, and all project documents to perform accurate take-offs.
• Solicit proposals, gather plans, specifications, quotes, and other documents, and put together a detailed scope of work.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and visit sites as necessary during the bidding process.
• Understand the scope and requirements for a successful project.
• Produce a work schedule and calculate cost factors to include in the estimate.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with subcontractors and vendors using effective communication.
• Negotiate and buy out subcontractors for pricing.
