Nationally-recognized GC seeking a Superintendent immediately. Excellent backlog of projects with a large portion across the Southeast.

This client has been in business for over 20 years, and is one of the leaders in small-box and retail construction across the U.S. Their team of experienced construction professionals deliver excellence in design / build, design assist and specialty contracting for all structural and foundational aspects of projects. Job Description

Traveling Superintendent Duties :

• Develop the Project Vision and Create the Project Schedule
• Supervise entire construction staff, ensuring project deadlines are met
• Ability to predict and overcome project challenges
• Maintain a strong relationship with Project Managers
• Lead weekly meetings to ensure the team is working together successfully and delivering quality work
• Maintain OSHA requirements
• Mentor less experienced construction professionals
• Track project documentation, tasks, issues, etc.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractor
• Travel required
