Accounting Manager

How you'll make an impact :

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our growing accounting team. The Accounting Manager will lead a team and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, adherence to internal controls, and efficient management of the month-end close process. This role will play a critical part in supporting Strata's growth by driving process improvements, managing audit requirements, and preparing key financial data. The key responsibilities of this role include :

Leadership

• Build, develop, and grow a team of accounting professionals.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and set performance goals to foster professional growth and ensure team accountability.

Month-End Close Process

Year-End Reporting & Internal Controls

Audit Support

Process Improvement

What we're looking for :

Estimated Salary Range : $101,000 - $130,000

Actual salary will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skill set and level of experience. This salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Strata also provides discretionary variable pay programs based on role. In addition, Strata provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits, health and welfare benefits, paid time off, parental leave, life and accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits.

How we work :

The preferred location for this role is in Chicago, IL or St. Louis, MO. We value our people spending time together and have campuses hosting in-person events located in both cities. We are truly a hybrid environment with all team members experiencing the flexibility to work from home.
