Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Strong customer service skills Leadership and supervisory experience is desirable Must possess a valid Driver’s license with reliable transportation. Flexible Hours with the ability to stay after scheduled shift or in emergency situations Physical Ability : The ability to lift heavy materials, work in various environments, and perform manual tasks is often required.

Responsibilities :
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or malfunctions - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner - Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems
- Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, or welding equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
