As a Business Analyst, you will be a trusted advisor and provide business partnering solutions to the Medical Management Solutions (MMS) Business Unit. This role will support the Country Business managers and the commercial teams. The role reports to the Nordic Finance Business Partner & Sales operations Manager with a dotted line to the country business manager.

As regular presence in our vibrant Stockholm office is expected, we are only able to consider candidates based in the Stockholm area.

Main responsibilities will include :

• Analyze revenue and gross profit performance, including price evolution and profitability tracking
• Lead forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring all commitments are met and data is prepared accurately
• Work with complex, multiple data sources to perform reconciliations and detailed analyses, informing tactical decision-making, managing risks, and identifying opportunities
• Prepare financial analyses and insights to support strategic planning and goal-setting
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to set appropriate territory targets and optimize profitability
• Provide sales, pricing, and gross profit analytics, advising on tender / framework pricing strategies
• Prepare financial analyses and presentations for key meetings and participate in monthly business unit calls
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing business expertise and clear insights to the business unit and controller
• Participate in project activities related to reporting tools, development, and testing
• Support the transition to more standardised and integrated processes
• Ensure standardization and continuous improvement in processes, contributing to a strong Business Analyst team

About you :

Salary range for the role : 50 000 to 60 000 SEK per month.
