Position Overview
The Detailing and Dealership Crew role is a hands-on position focused on ensuring every boat on-site is cleaned, polished, and presented in showroom-ready condition. In addition to detailing, this role supports the sales team through boat check-ins, rigging, inventory movement, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the dealership.
Ideal candidates are dependable, task-oriented, and able to work independently with a strong attention to detail. Crew members must be comfortable operating equipment such as trucks, tractors, and utility vehicles to safely maneuver trailers and boats. A professional, safety-conscious, and customer-friendly attitude is essential.

The anticipated pay for this position is $17.00, hourly. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.
