Position Details

A setup operator will set up carts that will speed up the registration process by preparing screens in order with proper hardware and inks. Additionally, they ensure that sample tech packs are followed or modified properly.

Job Duties

  • Load screens in staged carts with proper hardware and inks
  • Ensure squeegees in circulation are in good condition
  • Fill the setup cart with squeegees (grading each one), cleaning supplies, cleanup cards, and other tools
  • Identity sample, ensure the cart is properly staged (has all the right screens and inks, rearrange screens in sequence if needed)
  • Load each screen from top to bottom with ink and hardware based on the sample key. Use the cart located at each staging area for blockers, whites, and blacks.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in apparel printing
  • Must be available to work overtime and Saturdays
  • Knowledge of squeegee grading
  • Knowledge of different ink types (RG, LG, TPX, New, Wilflex, Poly, Blocker, Process Black, Water Based, Uncoated)

    • Schedule

  • Monday-Friday / 3 : 15 pm - 3 : 45 am
  • Saturday / 3 : 15 pm - 11 : 45 pm
