Must currently have or be willing to obtain proper tools to successfully complete job duties as assigned. Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background checks. Minimum age 21+ years. Ability to perform physical activity including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs. Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.

Protech Automotive Solutions has an opening for a Mobile Diagnostic Technician to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but are not limited to : applying technical knowledge to assist customers, answering inbound and outbound phone calls in support of Autel scanning unit, addressing technical questions related to the scanning procedures of the Autel unit, and researching to understand, explain, and resolve technology issues on the vehicle.

- Apply technical knowledge to assist customers and support Autel scanning procedures.
- Answer inbound and outbound phone calls related to the Autel scanning unit and respond to technical questions about scanning procedures.
- Research and resolve technology issues on the vehicle.
