Little Land Pediatric Therapy and Recess Pediatric Therapy are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented

New Patient Intake Specialist to guide families through the onboarding process for therapy services. This role is responsible for managing new patient intakes, coordinating referrals, ensuring all required paperwork is completed, and providing families with the information they need to begin therapy successfully.

Our primary services include pediatric Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech Therapy (ST), Physical Therapy (PT), and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The Intake Specialist ensures families have a positive, educational, and supportive onboarding experience, setting the foundation for successful therapy outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Intake & Onboarding

• Serve as the primary contact for new patients and their families during the onboarding process.
• Manage referrals from physicians, pediatricians, schools, and community partners.
• Coordinate scheduling of initial evaluations and ensure timely follow-up.
• Ensure accurate entry of patient information into the EMR system.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.

High energy and ability to create a positive, welcoming environment for families.
