• Lead and supervise staff's day-to-day responsibilities, mentoring in technical knowledge and career development.
• Manage projects from concept to completion, coordinating with multiple disciplines.
• Interface with clients, ensure technical excellence, and manage project teams and schedules for successful outcomes.
