Machine Operator

Staffmark is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team and operate encapsulation equipment in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. If you have mechanical aptitude, manufacturing experience, and a strong eye for detail, this is a great opportunity to put your skills to work .

Pay : $21.00 / hr

Schedule : Monday - Friday, occasional Saturdays

Responsibilities :

• Set up, operate, and monitor encapsulation machinery following batch records, SOPs, and safety guidelines
• Ensure equipment runs efficiently and produces high-quality capsules
• Perform machine troubleshooting, adjustments, and changeovers as needed
• Follow all safety protocols, including Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) procedures
• Complete equipment cleaning and preventative maintenance
• Maintain accurate documentation : batch records, production logs, and cleaning forms (GDP)
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with cGMP standards
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues promptly
• Support training for new operators and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
