Job Description
Lead all phases of large-scale, ground up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Project types may include : commercial, life sciences / health care, higher education, public works. Project value sizes range from $30M-$200M+. Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships. Oversee procurement, contract administration, and change orders. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Coordinate with field teams, design professionals, and stakeholders. Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings. Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development. Drive project success through proactive problem-solving and leadership.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction. General Contracting background. Proven success managing ground-up projects valued at $30M-$200M+. Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling tools, and project documentation. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results in a fast paced environment.
