We are looking for a talented and experienced Virtual Assistant skilled in designing high-converting sales funnels and developing websites. The ideal candidate will have experience in email marketing, landing page design, autoresponder integration, and content upload. Additionally, preferred but not required, expertise with animated video tools like Voomly, Doodly, Toonly, Talkia, and Pyks. If you are detail-oriented, creative, and proficient in designing funnels and websites that drive conversions, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Sales Funnels & Email Marketing :

Account Setup : Configure funnel platforms (ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, etc.) and email marketing tools (e.g., GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp).

Landing Page Design : Create and design professional, conversion-focused landing pages.

Autoresponder Integration : Set up and integrate autoresponders for email automation.

Landing Page Copywriting : Integrate compelling and persuasive copy for landing pages that resonate with the target audience and drive conversions provided by us.

Funnel Design : Design and optimize full sales funnels, from opt-in pages to thank-you pages, order forms, and upsell pages.

Email Automation : Create and manage email automation workflows that nurture leads and drives sales.

Content Upload : Upload relevant content (images, videos, copy, video testimonials) to funnel pages and / or websites.

Social Media Icons : Integrate social media icons into landing pages and websites for easy social sharing.

Mobile-Friendly Design : Ensure all funnels and websites are mobile-responsive, providing a smooth experience across devices.

Opt-in Pages : Design high-converting opt-in pages to capture leads effectively.

Animated Videos & Video Marketing :

1 Year of Animated Video Experience : Create animated videos using tools like Voomly, Doodly, Toonly, Talkia, and Pyks to incorporate into funnels, websites, and marketing campaigns. (preferrable but not required)

Video Content Upload : Upload and integrate animated videos into funnels, landing pages, and social media platforms.

Website Development & Design :

Build and maintain professional websites, ensuring user-friendly design, optimized for speed and conversion.

Collaborate with the team to update and enhance website content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in designing and optimizing sales funnels, including landing page design, email automation, and autoresponder integration.

Proficiency in funnel platforms (e.g., ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel) and email marketing tools (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp).

Strong experience in landing pages.

Expertise in mobile-friendly design for funnels and websites.

Familiarity with video animation tools such as Voomly, Doodly, Toonly, Talkia, and Pyks.

At least 1 year of experience in creating animated videos.

Solid understanding of email marketing automation, including setting up sequences and workflows.

Ability to upload content (images, copy, videos) efficiently to funnel and website platforms.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on creating high-converting and visually appealing designs.

Desired Attributes

Creative, with a passion for designing visually appealing and conversion-optimized websites and funnels.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with SEO best practices for funnel and website optimization.

Experience with project management tools such as Slack, Trello, and GoHighLevel
