This position reports to the Sales Leadership and is primarily responsible for selling cybersecurity products & services, UCaaS, CCaaS and managed IT to new clients globally.

ISRs prospect and build critical new relationships with prospects and partners around the worldgrowing our pipeline of qualified new opportunities for our Inside Sales team. Youll uncover opportunities, nurture relationships and put data, technology and market insights to work to help our customersand your #TOPteam, win.

Ideal ISR candidates are self-starters with a track record of successful, credible lead generation, follow-up and sales development experience at multiple decision-maker levels within small to medium-sized organizations.

Primary Responsibilities :

Inside Sales Representatives use skills in communication and sales to highlight the advantages of a product or service. Sales representatives are often expected to complete the following duties :

• Develop meaningful relationships with prospects to foster trust and loyalty
• Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
• Understand and demonstrate products or services to the customer
• Set and meet established sales goals and objectives
• Utilize a consistent professional contact attempt process via phone,

email and chat to follow up, nurture and qualify leads.
