Cadence Technology Services is a nationwide telecommunications firm specializing in voice and data infrastructure, hardware, and provisioning solutions. We're growing quickly and looking for a Project Coordinato r who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is an onsite position based in our Town and Country, MO office.

If you're highly organized, outgoing, and love making things run smoothly, this role could be a great fit. As a Project Coordinator, you'll work closely with our sales team, providers, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and ensure a fantastic customer experience.

Primary Job Responsibilities :

Oversee project development from conception to completion

Interfacing with carriers / vendors

Scheduling of third parties / vendors

• Customer communication and updates

Coordinate equipment orders and logistics for installs

Manage complex tasks that require independent problem solving within a provided framework

Document services and installations by keeping accurate records

Travel to client sites to meet third party vendors and ensure a smooth installation

Conduct troubleshooting of technology issues and collaborate with senior team members to resolve them

Provide backup support to our help desk

What you bring to the table :

Technical aptitude with proficient PC literacy skills

Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability

Ability to multitask at a high level while managing your time wisely

Willingness to learn and apply technical information in a fast-paced work environment where priorities may constantly change

Education :

High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule :

Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
