Key Responsibilities
Monitor and handle customer requests, troubleshoot issues, and automate support needs
Develop support documentation and runbooks while improving and maintaining support tools
Collaborate with teams to enhance customer experience and advocate for customer needs
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer-facing engineering support roles
Knowledge of enterprise identity and authentication systems (e.g., Okta, SAML 2.0)
Proficient in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python)
Understanding of authentication, authorization, and security monitoring best practices
Desire to learn and improve operational efficiency through automation and visualization
