job_description.job_card.job_descriptionMonitor and control access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises. Assist with visitor management, including logging visitors and providing directions as needed. Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting employees, tenants, and / or guests in a professional manner. Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies to help maintain a secure environment. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns. Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to report observations and incidents. Support emergency response activities as required by site procedures. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Job Description
As a Security Professional - Commercial Access Patrol in Lebanon, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.
As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, remaining visible to help deter unwanted activity, and providing exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. - Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
