job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed. Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry into the location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to observe and report any unusual activity. Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and interactions according to company and client procedures. Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns specific to the utilities environment. Assist visitors, contractors, and employees with access procedures while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
