Qualifications

An applicant who SHINES will have the following

Must be at least 18 years of age with a HS diploma or GED

Minimum 24 units in Early Childhood Education / Child Development plus 16 general education units or a Teacher Permit (or higher) preferred

At least 1 year of experience working with children in a licensed setting preferred

Ability to clear fingerprints / background check

If not fully qualified, Catalyst will work with you to obtain the necessary units
