Shift : MondayFriday, days, with potential weekend rotation and on call

Job Description :

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a Home Health RN for a contract assignment in Delco, NC. This role involves providing skilled in-home nursing care, managing patient caseloads, and completing OASIS documentation accurately. The ideal nurse will be confident working independently in the field and comfortable coordinating care across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct in-home assessments, admissions, and follow-up visits

Complete timely and accurate OASIS documentation in Homecare Homebase (HCHB)

Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, IV therapy, and medication administration

Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and recovery practices

Collaborate with physicians and the care team for optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications :

Active North Carolina RN license

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year in home health

Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) required

Current BLS certification

Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and proof of auto insurance

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
