An a Director, Annual Giving you will be responsible for the overall strategy, leadership and direction of the Medical College of Wisconsin and Froedtert Hospital's annual giving program. By utilizing best practices, the Director-Annual Giving balances high level strategy and organizational leadership with tactical efforts to create and execute fundraising solicitations to identify and cultivate prospects and build the pipeline for major giving. Responsibilities include alumni giving, faculty / staff giving and grateful patient giving.
All remote work must be performed within one of the MCW registered payroll states, which currently includes : WI, AZ, FL, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, TN,TX, and UT.

Target salary range for this position is between $80,300 and $102,300 annually. The final offered salary will depend on the applicant's education, experience, skills, and knowledge, as well as considerations of internal equity and market alignment.

Minimum Qualifications :
Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.
Minimum education : Bachelor's Degree
Minimum experience : 5 years; preferably in Philanthropy
Preferred Qualifications :
Preferred education : Master's Degree
Preferred experience : 8 years in Philanthropy. Experience in development areas of stewardship, prospect research, annual giving, or philanthropy communications / media. Proven leadership / team management experience in higher education
and / or healthcare. Internet research, database query and reporting experience
