Duties and Responsibilities :

Provide hands-on Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) nursing care to residents

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans

Accurately document resident conditions and interventions

Collaborate with nursing assistants and other team members

Support residents and families with compassion and professionalism

Maintain compliance with all facility policies and regulatory standards

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay : $31 / hour
• Full Time, 36 hours / week; Part Time, 24 hours / week
• Night Shift 6p-6a
• Location : 5000 Sowul Blvd, Stow, Ohio 44224

Skills and Qualifications :

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Ohio (in good standing)

CPR Certification (BLS preferred)

Excellent communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills

Prior long-term care experience is a plus (but not required)
