Looking for a residential construction worker to help contractor build new construction homes.

Requirements :

  • Looking for someone that works well with a small team and can utilize laborers to get tasks done in a timely fashion.
  • Applicant should be self motivated and able to work by themselves on individual tasks if needed.
  • Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license.

Specific areas that I would like applicant to have knowledge in would include :

  • Framing.
  • Roofing.
  • Siding.
  • Trim.
  • Flooring.
  • Other areas of construction are a plus.
  • Knowledge in everything although I would prefer is not required.
  • Travel will be required typically within an hour or so radius of Auburn.
