Natural Retreats is hiring a General Manager to join our Silver Star HOA Operations Team in beautiful Park City, UT!
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Silver Star HOAs. The General Manager takes full ownership of Silver Star and its HOAs to ensure the operation remains within budget and in regular communications to the HOA Boards.

Essential Functions
Service and Standards
Oversee the entire Silver Star PropertyBecome familiar with Silver Star and its 4 HOAs, and all of its documents, rules, budgets, financials, and accountingCommunicate regularly with the boards, understanding when it’s necessary to get their approvals and to keep them informedSchedule quarterly and annual meetings for each of the HOAs, conduct those meetings in accordance to Roberts Rules of Order and providing the minutes of each meetingBecome familiar with the Management contract between the Silver Star HOAs and Natural Retreats, using it as a guideline to follow in our day-to-day operations as well as the role and duties of the HOA Property ManagerProvide open, honest, and timely communication to all departments on site, HOA boards, owners, vendorsResponsible for the timely closing of each month’s financials, for each of the 4 HOAs, and the reporting thereof to the HOA BoardsPolicies, Procedures and Commercial
Work closely with the Park City General Manager to develop, implement and maintain procedures relevant to the Silver Star to increase performance and efficienciesMonitor and be accountable for the HOA financials, working with the HOA accountant to ensure each of the 4 HOAs are being charged for the correct work at the correct amountAs you work with new owners present in a professional manner the Services and benefits of Natural Retreats offer to owners in their programBrand
To be a brand ambassador, promoting all NR destinations and services to guests and colleagues alikePartner with the NR Marketing Team to carry out local marketing initiativesPartner with the NR Business Development team to support home recruitment initiatives at Silver StarDevelop new and maintain existing relationships with suppliers, strategic partners, and industry professionalsTeam

Identify opportunities that match the NR brand and would complement those Silver Star Condos in NR ManagementNetwork with key players within the market to build relationshipsBuild strong working relationships with property and location ownersIdentify new business strategies and assist owners in maximizing their performanceDevelopment and Portfolio Management
Maintain good relations with the real estate community providing them with HOA information in a timely and professional mannerBuild a strong team and represent Natural Retreats appropriately at all times internally and externallyWork in harmony with Directors of Revenue Management and Sales, to ensure principles and objectives of the initial Rate strategy specific to Silver StarAct as point person and relationship manager between our vacation homeowners and Natural RetreatsLiaise with the technology team on any requests from the owners / clients in relation to owner portalsOversee owner statement processing, reviewing each one for accuracy; reviewing Property Management fees & commission amounts; working with Finance on any outstanding balancesPrimary point of contact to reach out to owners for approvals on stays, negotiated rates, reduced minimum etc. requests from Sales TeamHelp Audit homes and facilitate certain Property Management services to homeowners in your portfolioReview P&Ls and budgets for input and feedback, ensure their timelinessManage on‑call process and schedule to ensure all after‑hours emergencies are promptly addressedExperience & Skills
Required
Bachelor’s degree and minimum 3‑5 years of relevant work experience, specifically 2+ years of hospitality or property managementMinimum 3 years of managementExcellent organizational and project management skillsHighly autonomous and self‑motivatedMust be computer savvy and able to learn new software programs including mobile applicationsProficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft ExcelExcellent verbal and written communications skills in addition to exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to make and cultivate strong personal connections and relationships with homeownersValid driver’s license with good driving recordAbility to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in the required timeframeDetail‑orientedAbility to problem‑solve in a fast‑paced environmentAbility to be flexible and work in a fast‑paced environment with hours of work varying, especially during peak seasonGrowth orientedKnowledge of home systems including but not limited to HVAC, A / V, plumbing, and electricalAbility to pass pre‑employment testing which may include drug testing and / or background screeningDesired

This is a full‑time position. Due to the nature of the job, the Team Member should be flexible with his / her hours. Due to possible guest issues, the Team Member should be able to respond by getting to the property within 15‑20 minutes if a guest calls and has an issue while in residence.
Weekend and holidays will generally be busy with guest arrivals and departures and are considered working days. We encourage all of our Team Members to take two (2) days off per week where possible, knowing that guests can arrive at unpredictable times. The Team Member should always be available in case of an emergency, which includes evenings and on‑call hours. Generally, this will mean being available during the workday of 8 AM – 6 PM although on occasion this will vary according to occupancy of the homes with the expectancy to answer after‑hours calls. Generally, this may mean working some inconsistent hours. Exact daily schedules may vary from season to season and differ from in‑season to off‑season. Vacation is generally taken outside of peak season.
